ComputoLab has a free version that shows all the features on screen: we encourage you to try it before purchasing, so that you already know what to expect from Pro.
If you buy a Pro or multi-workstation licence you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason and without having to give one. Just write to supporto@computolab.it from the address used for the purchase, or state that address in your message. There are no exceptions, usage conditions or thresholds: the refund is full. Once the refund has been made, the licence is deactivated; your projects stay on your computer, openable with the Free version.
For subscriptions you can cancel at any time before renewal: you will avoid the next charge and keep Pro until the end of the period already paid for.
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. The refund is made to the original payment method, within the technical timescales of Paddle and of your bank.
These 14 days are a voluntary commercial choice, valid for all purchasers — consumers and VAT-registered businesses alike — and they are in addition to, without limiting, the rights granted by law to consumers in the European Union.
